Water, Water Everywhere

The Star-Telegram has published a story regarding the top water bills in Tarrant County for June of this year. Miller Brewing had a shocking water bill of $369,850.27. But I was stunned to see that there was a residential water bill (owner not disclosed) that was $3,097.95.
