"HURST - An unlicensed massage therapist was in the Hurst Jail today after she offered to perform a sex act on an undercover officer, police said. Police arrested Jiaoyan Cheng, 33, of Bedford on Monday afternoon. The arrest came after three undercover Hurst police officers visited the spa earlier this month. "
