Let 'Em Go

The jury in the Dena Schlosser capital murder trial (the baby arm case) begin deliberations again this (Saturday) morning. It's the third day of deliberations. They have already told the judge on Thursday that they were hopelessly deadlocked, and "no one is going to change their decision," but the judge ordered them to continue deliberating. It's time to let them go. If there is a verdict now, there is to great of a risk that one or more of the jurors has simply given up and wants to go home.
