You know, the best part of the Messenger is buried in the "Inside Wise" section of the Editorial/Letter to the Editors pages. I learned from this weekend's issue that the County Commissioners will hear from some guy from Bowie on Monday who "wants to commissioners' approval to fly the 'national' flag (as opposed to the battle flag) of the Confederate States of America on the courthouse flagpole."
