. . . but I stumbled across a web site of Randall Kelton. Randall is referred to by some as a Wise County courthouse nuisance. Some hate him. Some like him. Some tolerate him. Edit: Someone sent in a comment saying they had found something objectionable on the site. If you'll let me know exactly where it is so that I can verify it, I'd appreciate it.
