Shooting off of 407 in southern Wise County.
"19 year old shot in the chest. "
It may be in a relatively new subdivision just north of 407. Kincannon Drive.
Edit @ 6:10 p.m.: It looks an accident, but the injury is very life threatening at this point according to a source.
Edit @ 6:15 p.m.: Pronounced dead at Wise Regional.
Edit @ 6:18 p.m.: Appears to be two or more kids/young adults shooting a 22 around a pond. All signs are of no foul play.
