The offense:
The students threw toilet paper onto the trees behind the school and wrote phrases like “Porter rocks,” “Seniors” and “Class of 2011” with shoe polish on school windows . . . .And they may miss graduation. (Story). I keep telling you, it's not hard to get arrested these days.
