"I think Courtney Stouder is crazy, too"
This doggie was found on North Church Street in Decatur on Sunday. The "finder" has offered to bribe me with cookies from a local bakery if the owner is found. Someone locate the owner for me. That way I can go home with a box of cookies and be considered thoughtful and kind.
