"Americans For Tax Reform" published this article pointing out that Texas' lack of state income taxes makes him the highest paid QB in the NFL. I think there's a huge flaw in the article because doesn't he have to pay foreign state taxes if he "earns" (that is, plays a game) in a different state that has those income taxes?
