Random Golf Post

And I post it for only one reason: Isn't there some crazy rule about this? I could have sworn I watched some PGA event a few years back where the same thing happened, but the golfer was charged a stroke for not timely putting the ball (or something). Sounds crazy, but I swear it happened. Unless I'm crazy.
