Not Incoming Nukes, But Still A Major Screw Up

FALSE ALARM: The National Weather Service for Houston and Galveston acknowledged Tuesday that a tsunami threat was sent out around 7:30 a.m. CDT. That warning was a test however, and wasn't meant to be sent out to people.
